Tanya’s journey began in the vibrant city of San Francisco, California, where she took her first breath. Her academic pursuits led her to the prestigious University of San Francisco, where she dedicated herself to the study of psychology, ultimately achieving a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Throughout her undergraduate years and beyond, Tanya’s passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others led her to immerse herself in a diverse range of programs and facilities. She lent her expertise and care to organizations such as the Center for the Handicapped, programs tailored for the developmentally disabled, and the Residential Treatment Center for Autistic and Schizophrenic Children. Her commitment extended to working with young individuals within the California Youth Authority system and in a specialized school program designed to support teenage mothers and their children.

In pursuit of providing them with an exceptional education, she took it upon herself to establish a private academy curriculum. For an impressive span of a decade, she homeschooled her sons, ensuring they received a well-rounded and nurturing education.

Facing the challenges of single parenthood, Tanya demonstrated her unwavering determination and commitment to personal growth. She decided to build upon her foundational undergraduate education and embarked on a new academic journey. Enrolling in the Paralegal Program at the University of San Diego, she dedicated herself to mastering the intricacies of the legal field. In 1993, she proudly earned her Paralegal Certificate, marking the beginning of her career in the Family Law domain.

Over the course of the past three decades, Tanya has accumulated a wealth of experience and expertise in the intricate world of Family Law. Her dedication to the well-being and rights of families has made her a valued and respected professional in her field.
